We are a local family run farm located on the outskirts of Hazel Grove. We produce and sell packs of beef and lamb which are only available to order.

ABOUT US
We are passionate about animal welfare and believe that people want to know where their food comes from. Our sheep and cattle are all born and bred on our farm. They are grass fed and reared to the highest standards of animal husbandry, with full traceability. Situated on the outskirts of Stockport the farm has a role in enhancing the British countryside, protecting the environment and maintaining habitats for native plants and wildlife.
BEEF PACKS
PRIME GRASS FED BEEF PACKS
We’re proud to offer customers our home reared beef boxes. The beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days (often 28) ensuring the meat is tender and full of flavour. The individual cuts of beef are conveniently vacuum packed and labelled ready for cooking or freezing. We have beef available regularly throughout the year, please get in touch if you would like us to contact you when the next batch is available
BEEF PACK CONTENTS
We sell beef in approximately 10kg (half) or 20kg (full) packs charged at £12.95/kg. Below are the average contents of a full pack,

LAMB PACKS - NOW AVAILABLE TO ORDER
We sell our grass fed, farm assured lamb packs in a range of sizes to suit everybody. From full lambs to our small packs there is something for every appetite and budget. We regularly have lamb available between August and January, please get in touch to find out when lamb is next available
HALF LAMB
This is the most popular of our lamb packs and contains... Shoulder (cut into two joints), leg (cut into two joints), a large selection of chops, leg steaks, and a breast of lamb. Offal is available upon request.To keep our pricing fair we charge £8.50/kg carcass weight, weights tend to average 12-14kg.

SMALL LAMB PACK (QUARTER LAMB)
The perfect mixture of joints and chops great for smaller families or for those wanting to give our lamb a try. Charged at £55 these packs include chops, leg steak, shoulder joint, leg joint and half a breast.

Once ready packs can be collected directly from the farm or local delivery may be available with prior arrangement.
